Study 1 Cluster Rating Map of GCM for (A) Study 1 (moderate-to-severe patients) and (B) Study 2 (mild patients). Combined ratings from dermatologists and patients of the relative importance of each concept were averaged by domain to deduce an average value for each domain on the 0‒10 scale. The lowest and highest domain averages were calculated, and the range between these two average scores was then “sliced” into quintiles and a rating map generated. The number of layers corresponds to stratified domain scores as shown by Layer Count vs. Domain Score; thus, more layers correspond to a higher range of importance ratings. The numbers in the polygons are the item numbers listed in Table 1
