  2. Each domain of EORTC QLQ-C30 are calculated and ranges from 0 to 100 and the higher score represents a better level of HRQOL.
  3. HADS; HADS-Anxiety and HADS-Depression are scored from 0 to 21, with higher scores indicating greater distress. Normal (0-7); mild disorder (8-10); moderate disorder (11-14); severe disorder (15-21).
  4. BFI; global BFI score ranges from 0 to 10, with higher scores indicating greater distress. Mild fatigue (1-3); moderate fatigue (4-6); severe fatigue (7-10).
