  1. p < 0.0001 for comparisons of the change in RLSQoL overall life impact scores among CGI-I groups in TREAT RLS 2 (Kruskall-Wallis test). There were no patients included in the CGI-I 'much worse' category. The 'very much worse' group consisted of a single patient and therefore further statistical tests were not performed for this group. Effect sizes were calculated by dividing the change in mean score (from baseline to week 12) by the standard deviation of the mean score at baseline.
