  1. Values are Single Measure Intraclass Correlation Coefficients (ICC). ICC values were derived using a two way mixed effects model with absolute agreement type. ICC are designated as ≤ 0.40 poor to fair agreement, 0.41–0.60 moderate agreement, 0.61–0.80 good agreement, and 0.81–1.00 excellent agreement.
