  1. Age range: The age range data was extracted as it was written in each study, i.e., 6–12, 11–16, or 12–14. One study may be placed in one to four age ranges. As a result, the sum of these will exceed the total number of studies. 5 studies included participants under 6 years, while 19 studies included participants over 18 years. 33 studies did not report the age group of the participants
