Notes In the current study (Hungary) acceptable health problems were surveyed in 10-year intervals for ages from 30 to 80, whilst in The Netherlands (N = 1067) for ages from 40 to 90 [5]. AHCAGGREGATE was calculated by the combination of single responses on 5 health domains, and for AHCWORST only on 1 domain. The Dutch EQ-5D-3L utility tariffs were used in The Netherlands and the UK value set was used in Hungary. Average health state scores of the general populations (population norm) are presented for age groups 25–34, 35–44, 45–54, 55–64, 65–74 and 75 years and over [8]
