Patient PCOS symptom bother ratings. Patients were asked to rate how much each symptom they experience bothers them, using a numeric rating scale from 0 (not bothersome at all) to 10 (extremely bothersome). Note: Bother rating exercises were conducted during the detailed probes section of the interview. In contrast, coded frequency data (Tables 2 and 3) were based on analyses of all coded concepts in the entire transcript dataset. Because collection of these data occurred at different times, and one was patient-based while the other was based on the code itself as the unit of analysis, there will be instances where the number of transcripts contributing to code frequency data and the number of patients contributing to the bother rating data differ
