  1. Adherence was assessed by giving 1 to correct answer and − 1 to the wrong answer. The scale measured adherence from a maximum of 10 to a minimum of − 10. Any negative score was rated as poor adherence, 0–5 as moderate adherence and 6–10 as good adherent. Mean adherence was 4.94 ± 2.72
