Odds ratio (OR) adjusted for age, gender, education, arthritis, stroke, diabetes mellitus, chronic bronchitis, emphysema, asthma, myocardial infarction, congestive heart failure, cancer (excluding skin cancer), smoking, hemoglobin, serum albumin, knee pain, body mass index, skeletal muscle index, and physical performance test.
  3. Q1, 2, 3, 4 represent 1st through 4th quartiles, from best performance (Q1) to worst performance (Q4).
