Average measure intraclass correlation coefficients (ICC) are listed in italics below Spearman's Correlation Coefficient for child/adolescent and guardians correlation. ICC was derived using two-way fixed effects model. All correlations present significance levels when *p < 0.05 and **p ≤ 0.01 (2-tailed).
