  1. Fatigue over three months was measured with the Modified Fatigue Impact Scale (MFIS) and with a visual analogue scale (VAS). Data are presented as mean ± SD for those patients providing exploitable data both at inclusion and at study end. Probabilities were calculated with the Wilcoxon rank test.
