Changes in ability to carry out daily activities and disability level over 12 natalizumab infusions. Proportion of patients with improved, no change or worsened ability to carry out daily activities (FS) or disability level (DS) after the 3rd and 12th natalizumab infusion are shown. Score changes corresponding to at least one step in the FS or DS scales were required for the patient’s ability to carry out daily activities or disability level to be considered improved or worsened.
